Signature Confirmation

We include USPS Delivery Confirmation Service with our standard US domestic zone rate shipping. But if you are not at home, the carrier has the option to leave the package at the front door. We are giving you the option to purchase added security with Signature Confirmation. We strongly recommend this option if your mailbox is nonsecure or you've had issues in the past with stolen mail. (We will not guarantee free or discounted replacement of orders without this purchase.)

If you request signature confirmation, you must be present to sign for your package. Any order over $300 will automatically be shipped with signature confirmation.

This option is for US domestic orders only. If you require signature confirmation on international orders, please choose the USPS "Priority Mail Express International" shipping method during checkout. USPS Priority Mail Express International includes tracking services and up to $200 insurance coverage.

NOTE: USPS Priority Mail Express (US Domestic) includes delivery confirmation and signature proof of delivery free of charge. However, we ask that you specifically request this service in "Special Instructions or Order Comments" during checkout when placing your Express order or we will reserve the right to waive signature confirmation to ensure that your order is delivered even when you are not at home. It also includes $100 in insurance coverage.
